Eligibility

1.

Accounting software knowledge (mandatory)

2.

Finance/accounting qualification

3.

At least 2 years’ experience in financial administration

4.

Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills

5.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

6.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook

7.

Exceptional organization and time management

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant financial procedures and regulations.
Processing invoices efficiently
Performing regular audits and account reconciliations
Tracking financial transactions
Identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
